Amiable and immensely pleasant staff, bright studio suite. Facilities - a microwave oven, a kettle, and central heating. Marvellous and unbeatable location, just a walk down to everywhere. Good services.

The hotel is in a great location. We enjoyed our superior suite, comfortable and well-maintained. The access to trains for other locations was a nice bonus.

i recommend checking in as early as possible to avoid delays.

We enjoyed visiting the zoo, amazing. The location was super convenient, close to shops and attractions. Our room was spacious and clean. Recommend for group stays!

One downside was the lack of staff available for issues during check-in and check-out. It felt a bit isolated without assistance.

We loved visiting the zoo and checking out the local restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and spacious. The check-in was easy. Everyone was so friendly.

We did notice the gaps under the front door, a bit cold, and the shower drain needed attention as it filled up quickly.

Great family suite! So spacious with huge bathrooms. Loved that door code made it easier, but remember the instructions or it's like playing hide and seek!

The shower turned into a mini pool, not ideal! The fridge's nighttime opera was a bit too much for my beauty sleep.

The place has some nice relaxation spots, like the cozy lounge and a lovely garden area, which made for a perfect escape after a long day of exploring. My only complaint was the tiny kitchenette.
